About
me
I am an interdiscplinary artist and an art instructor. My artwork awakens a sense of freedom and peace. It is a reflection of my devotion to view nature spiritually. My objective is to create spaces where the viewer can have the opportunity to experience nature in this unique manner. I build community connections throughout the creative process. I am drawn to vivid colors. My choice of colors express personal emotions within each piece of work. My style draws from traditional and abstract artists of the past.

I work with aged objects and transform them into something new in connection to my daily observations in life. This allows a unique experience by manipulating the aged objects into a modern canvas. The compositions are based on one narrative theme interweaved with the inspiration of poetry. My art form can also be seen as a way of whimsically expressing my personal observation of ecology so that it might speak to others through the spaces I create.
